Fundamentals Gi: Perfect for first-time learning fundamentals and also for all levels students who wants to sharpen the basics and foundations of skills.

Intermediate/Advanced: Technical development and progression-based training along with adjusted high level training variations for experienced practitioners and competitors.

GI: The class uniform gear is called Gi or Kimono.

In all Gi classes is mandatory for all members to be wearing Rash Guard underneath.

*In all NoGi classes is mandatory for all members to be wearing Rash Guard. leggings and NoGi shorts(must be wearing tights underneath) are allowed for bottoms .
